tkegm Terms & Conditions

The following conditions must be met in order to use tkegm's services:

• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• You must be legally permitted to use online gaming services.
• Each individual may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3.2 Limits & Timeframes

• A 120% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Example: A deposit of ৳1,000 earns a bonus of ৳1,200, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
• Example: A deposit of ৳14,000 or more earns the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳22,000.
• Each user receives the welcome bonus only once.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

• To make a bonus withdrawable, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount.
• Example: ৳1,200 bonus × 15 = ৳18,000 in wagers must be completed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.
• Wagering contributions may differ by game — details are stated in the rules of each promotion.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless the promotion's terms explicitly allow it.
• tkegm reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus.

5.1 Game Results & System Errors

• All game results are determined by a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG).

• If a game is interrupted mid-session due to an internet disconnection, the server record will be considered final.
• Any winnings obtained through software bugs or errors will be considered void.

5.2 Sports Betting Special Rules

• All bet results depend on the officially declared result after the conclusion of the event.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded, unless the applicable market rules state otherwise.
• In a parlay bet combining multiple wagers, if one outcome is voided, that bet will be recalculated.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tkegm. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed and any associated winnings will be voided:

• Fraud & Manipulation: Any attempt to influence game results through technical means.
• Multiple Accounts: Operating more than one account by the same individual or abusing bonus benefits.
• Money Laundering: Using tkegm to legitimize illegally obtained funds.
• Bots or Automated Software: Using a computer program to play instead of a human.
• Coordinated Betting: Placing bets in a planned manner with multiple individuals to take advantage of bonuses or promotions.
• Arbitrage: Attempting to generate risk-free profit from tkegm's odds or bonuses.
• Third-Party Account Use: Accessing or operating another person's account.
• Abusive Behaviour: Abusive conduct toward the support team or other players.
